This session is suitable for anyone who wants to have relaxed shoulder-neck muscles, supple hips, a strong torso and a healthy, stable and mobile spine. We will gently move our bodies into different positions, rotations and backbends. Muscles that are tight and tense all day will be loosened, stretched and relaxed. During your yoga session, you should let your breath flow in a relaxed way so that your muscles and also your mind can recharge.
